Inside the ZF4WG200 gearbox forward/reverse clutch assembly, it is alternately stacked with the 5382132 inner friction plate, forming a wet clutch friction pair with one inner and one outer component. 2. Core Functions

Friction Fit and Load Bearing: Hydraulic oil presses the copper-based friction layer of the inner friction plate against the outer steel plate, relying on frictional resistance to transmit engine power and achieve forward and reverse gear engagement;

Heat Dissipation and Pressure Bearing Support: The steel base has high thermal conductivity, quickly dissipating the high temperatures generated by friction and preventing the friction plate from burning; simultaneously, it acts as a rigid support, bearing the hydraulic pressure and ensuring uniform clutch engagement.
