Vulnerable Failure Manifestations:
Flange end face pitting/grooving: Abnormal torque converter engagement clearance, power vibration, abnormal noise;
Internal spline wear/key rolling: Engine idling, no transmission power, vehicle unable to move forward or backward (highly similar to your customer's TCU failure symptoms, easily confused);
Flange cracking: Breakage caused by severe impact during heavy-load climbing or digging, directly breaking the load.
