II. Installation Location and Function

Installation Point: Excavator boom and bucket connector, horse head, I-beam hinge pin position.

Core Function: Isolates the pin from the frame material, preventing direct wear and deformation of the frame holes.

T The flange retaining edge limits movement to prevent the pin from shifting laterally during operation.

It stores grease to reduce friction during hinge rotation, minimizing noise and jamming.

Bushing inner bore wear > 1.5mm, excessive clearance, severe bucket shaking.
