Weiman joint Tzu Chi Charity foundation

Volunteers from all over Shandong gathered for a fellowship event. Fellow practitioners from Qingdao, Zibo, Linyi, Jinan and other cities made time to travel and meet together to progress hand in hand.

We had 70 participants, 60 on-site volunteers, and 2 dedicated volunteers working behind the scenes.

The event proceeded smoothly and came to a successful conclusion, thanks to the silent dedication and harmonious collaboration of volunteers from every functional team.

We are endlessly grateful to fellow practitioners from other regions. Regardless of the long tiring journey, you volunteered to take on responsibilities. All of us are deeply touched by your selflessness. We love you all dearly!

Gratitude to the Curriculum Team, Activity Team, emcees, participant leaders and group leaders. You refined every session detail and guided the atmosphere and rhythm throughout the event, making our time together fulfilling and warm.

Gratitude to the Venue Setup Team, Group Mentors and Marshals. You stayed at your posts with great care the whole time, accompanied every participant wholeheartedly, and stepped in to cover gaps whenever needed with thoughtful care.

Gratitude to the Blessing and Welfare Team for your thoughtful arrangements. Both local Qingdao volunteers and those traveling far from other cities felt warm and at ease.

Gratitude to the hotel liaison staff, audio control crew and General Affairs flexible support team. You stood by backstage, coordinating supplies and equipment to match the event schedule at all times, never slacking off amid countless trivial and complicated tasks.

Gratitude to the Culture, Humanity and Documentation volunteers, who moved around every corner of the venue capturing precious footage, documenting every moment of our journey of kindness together.
